Roof Types of the Red Brick Buildings in Southern Fujian Province
摘要
Abstract
The red brick buildings in southern Fujian Province,shaped by regional natural and cultural factors,demonstrate diverse roof types with local characteristics.These buildings not only showcase advanced artistry and craftsman-ship,but also incorporate profound humanistic ideas and constructional ingenuity.Combining archival research,field investigation,typological analysis,and statistical methods,this article ex-plores the design principles of formal creation,formal selection,and practical functions through categorising characteristics and roof connection details of various roof types.This article aims to provide a reference for future research and her-itage conservation practice.关键词
