微白黄链霉菌对旱作裸燕麦根际真菌及产量的影响
Effects of Streptomyces albidoflavus on Rhizospheric Fungal Community and Grain Yield of Naked Oats under Dry Farming

Abstract
For investigating the influence of exogenous Streptomyces on the fungal community in the rhizosphere soil of naked oats,and the correlation between the shifts of fungal community with the grain yield of naked oats under dry farming,a field experiment was conducted,wherein Streptomyces albidoflavus T4 was inoculated.Assessments were made on the fungal community structure in the rhizosphere soil,the chemical properties and the enzyme activity of rhizosphere soil during the flowering stage in response to T4.The naked oats yield was also investigated.The results showed that,T4 hadn't significant affected the fungal community diversity,whereas it induced a notable shift in the structure of fungal community,particularly among taxa with moderate abundance.Compared to the control without Streptomyces addition,the inoculation of T4 increased the contents of available phosphorus and potassium in the rhizosphere soil of naked oats during the flowering stage by 18.3%and 41.5%,respectively,and also enhanced the activities of alkaline phosphatase and sucrose by 23.5%and 35.8%,respectively.The T4 inoculation also increased the grain yield of naked oats by 21.5%compared with the control.Subsequent analyses revealed that T4 inoculation resulted in a discernible alteration in the community structure of certain fungal taxa with middle or low abundance,which probably demonstrated correlation with soil phosphorus and potassium contents,as well as soil enzymes activities.Notably,this included an augmentation in the relative abundance of Aspergillus(with 496.38 times that in the control)and a reduction in the relative abundance of Basidiomycota.In summary,exogenous inoculation of Streptomyces T4 can manipulate the fungal community structure in the rhizosphere soil of naked oats under dry farming condition.The observed modification in fungal community structure may subsequently contribute to an increasing availability of phosphorus and potassium,and sucrase activity in the rhizosphere soil.These combined effects ultimately promoted the growth of naked oats under dry farming,leading to a consequential enhancement in grain yield.This study provides basis for microorganisms research with the drought resistant and growth promoting effects for naked oats.关键词
