Executive Team Stability and Corporate Green Technology Innovation
摘要
Abstract
Corporate green technology innovation is of great significance in implementing the new development concept,constructing a new development pattern,and realising the goal of"double carbon".Based on the data of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2022,this paper examines the impact of executive team stability on corporate green technology innovation and its mechanism.The study finds that executive team stability is significantly positively correlated with corporate green technology innovation;the mechanism test shows that executive team stability promotes corporate green technology innovation by increasing R&D investment and improving the quality of information disclosure;and the heterogeneity analysis shows that executive team stability has a more significant positive impact on corporate green technology innovation in non-state-owned enterprises and high-tech enterprises.The conclusion of this paper not only enriches and expands the related research in the field of executive team stability and corporate green technological innovation,but also provides practical guidance for the practice of corporate green technological innovation.关键词
