风积沙胶结充填体力学特性与破坏特征研究
Study on mechanical properties and failure characteristics of cemented aeolian sand backfill

Abstract
The mechanical properties of cemented aeolian sand backfill(CASB)have an important in-fluence on the filling effect.These properties exhibit a size effect,and a layered structure tends to e-merge during the filling process.In this study,the mechanical properties of CASB were investigated from both internal factors(material ratio)and external factors(size and number of layers).In addition,the influence of the aeolian sand substitution ratio(the mass ratio of aeolian sand substituting for gangue)on the performance of gangue-aeolian sand cemented materials was analyzed.On the basis of substitution rate test,the response surface method(RSM)was employed to reveal the effects of cement content,ratio of fly ash to aeolian sand,and mass concentration on the strength of CASB from three lev-els of"single-factor action,two-factor interaction,and three-factor coupling".The results demonstrate that the strength of CASB increases with the enhancement of these three factors,in the interaction,the enhancement of one factor promotes the effect of another.The mechanical properties of CASB decreases as the height-width ratio and the number of layers grow.As the height-width ratio grows,the failure mode of CASB transitions from"multiple cracks"to"a single crack"and then to"no cracks penetrating the upper and lower surfaces of CASB",with cracks gradually concentrating in the middle and lower parts of CASB.CASB with a larger height-width ratio loses its load-bearing capacity under the action of cracks.For layered CASB,cracks first appear at the layered surface and then extends into the matrix on both sides of the interfaces.The findings of this study provide a theoretical basis and guidance for selec-ting reasonable material ratio and filling structures in the CASB process.关键词
