缺血性脑卒中复发病人静态行为潜在剖面及影响因素分析
Latent profile and influencing factors of static behaviors in patients with recurrent ischemic stroke

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the association between static behaviors and recurrent ischemic stroke,and to probe into the latent categories and influencing factors of static behaviors in patients with recurrent ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 214 patients with recurrent ischemic stroke were selected as research objects by multi-center convenience sampling method.General data,family support scale,Self-rating Depression Scale,Chinese Adult Static Behavior Questionnaire,Social Support Rating Scale,and International Fall Efficacy Short Version(FES-I)score were collected to analyze the correlation between static behavior time and recurrent stroke.Potential profile analysis was used to identify the categories of static behavior,and multiple Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of potential categories.Results:There was a significant negative correlation between static behavior time and relapse interval(r=-0.528,P<0.001).The static behavior of patients with recurrent ischemic stroke can be divided into three potential categories;Gender,family structure,number of relapses,physical activity,and work nature were the influencing factors of potential categories.Conclusion:The static behavior pattern of recurrent stroke patients is heterogeneous.It is suggested that health personnel should identify the static behavior pattern of patients in time and give targeted intervention measures to reduce the recurrence rate of stroke.关键词
