护理实习生临床沟通能力在人文关怀能力和职业认同感间的中介效应
Mediating effect of clinical communication ability of nursing interns between humanistic care ability and professional identity

Abstract
Objective:To explore the mediating effect of clinical communication ability of nursing students between humanistic care ability and professional identity during a clinical internship.Methods:A convenient sampling method was used to select 320 intern nursing students in the clinical.The Humanistic Care Ability Scale,Clinical Communication Ability Scale,and Professional Identity Scale were used to investigate.Results:The professional identity of nursing interns was positively correlated with clinical communication ability(r=0.609,P<0.01)and humanistic care ability(r=0.442,P<0.01).The clinical communication ability was positively correlated with humanistic care ability(r=0.378,P<0.01).The indirect effect of humanistic care ability on professional identity through clinical communication ability was 0.205,accounting for 44%of the total effect.Conclusion:The clinical communication ability of nursing interns played a mediating role between humanistic care ability and professional identity,which could provide new ideas for improving the professional identity of nursing students.关键词
