Effect of comprehensive nursing based on holistic integrative medicine concept on the improvement of neurological function and treatment compliance in patients with acute ischemic stroke

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing based on holistic integrative medicine concept on the improvement of neurological function and treatment compliance in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods:Clinical data of 96 AIS patients from January 2022 to September 2023 were collected and divided into two groups according to the differences in nursing plans.The patients in control group(45 cases)received the conventional nursing intervention,and the patients in observation group(51 cases)received a comprehensive nursing intervention based on the holistic integrative medicine concept.Treatment compliance,coping style before and after intervention[Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)],mood state[Profile of Mood States-Short Form(POMS-SF)]and neurological function[Chinese Stroke patients Clinical Neurological Impairment Scale(CSS)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the positive coping score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the negative coping score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the mood state of both groups was improved,and the scores of POMS-SF in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the CSS scores of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of holistic integrated medical concept in AIS patients can improve treatment compliance,promote patients'positive coping,reduce negative coping,improve mood state and neurological function.关键词
