摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of dietary recording combined with nutrition education on diet quality in school-age children with Crohn's disease(CD).Methods:From October 2022 to October 2023,a total of 98 school-age children with CD were selected as the research subjects. The children and their caregivers were divided into an observation group and a control group based on the random number table method,49 cases in each. The patients in control group received routine nutrition education, and the patients in observation group received 3-day food diary to record the children's diet status on the basis of the control group, and implemented targeted nutrition education according to the contents of the diary. The intervention time lasted for 3 months. The alternative healthy eating index(AHEI-2010),PG-SGA score, disease activity, laboratory nutrition index and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:After intervention, the scores of AHEI-2010 and IMPACT-Ⅲ in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),while the scores of PCDAI and PG-SGA in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The serum hemoglobin(Hb),serum albumin(ALB),and prealbumin(PA),transferrin(TRF)of observation group were significantly improved than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of dietary record keeping and nutritional education can effectively improve the nutritional status of children with CD,help control their condition, and enhance their quality of life.关键词
