自我效能在脑卒中病人出院准备度与出院后应对能力间的中介效应
Mediating effect of self-efficacy between readiness for hospital discharge and post-discharge coping ability in stroke patients

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the role of self-efficacy between readiness for hospital discharge(RHD)and post-discharge coping difficulty(PDCD)in stroke patients,and to provide a basis for reducing the readmission rate and implementing continuing care.Methods:A total of 454 stroke patients were selected from the Department of Neurology in a third grade hospital in Suzhou from July 2022 to July 2023 by the convenience sampling method.They were investigated using a general information questionnaire,Post-Discharge Coping Difficulty Scale(PDCDS),Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale(RHDS),and Chronic Disease Self-Efficacy Scale(CDSS).Results:A total of 20.5%of patients had a moderate or lower PDCD.There was a pairwise correlation between RHD,self-efficacy,and PDCD(P<0.01).The self-efficacy as a mediating variable had an impact on post-discharge coping ability.Conclusions:Some stroke patients have insufficient PDCD,and the higher the level of self-efficacy,the better the PDCD Self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between RHD and PDCD.Medical staff should pay attention to patients'self-efficacy to improve their RHD and PDCD,so as to reduce stroke recurrence rate and readmission rate.关键词
