摘要
Abstract
To assess pesticide residue level in fruit and vegetable in Hengyang County and provide a scientific basis for ensuring that growers regulate their use of pesticides, thereby minimizing the impact on the health and well-being of the local population, this study analyzed pesticide residues in 707 batches of fruit and vegetable samples collected from 25 townships in Hengyang County during the period from 2021 to 2023.According to the National Standard for Food Safety Maximum Limit Values of Pesticide Residues in Food(GB 2763-2021)and the National Standard for Food Safety Maximum Residue Limits of 112 Pesticides, including the Sodium Salt of 2,4-Dibutyric Acid and other pesticides in food(GB 2763.1-2022),this study aims to evaluate the effects of various months, locations, and types of fruits and vegetables on pesticide residue detection. The results indicate that the compliance rate of pesticide residues in fruit and vegetable samples from Hengyang County has been increasing annually.Among the 707 batches,73(10.3%)batches contained detectable pesticide residues, while 15 batches(2.12%)exceeded the maximum pesticide residue limits.A total of eight different pesticides were detected above the limit, with chlorpyrifos, aminosulfuron, and chlorpyrifos ranking among the top three.Among the 25 towns,Xidu Town reported the highest incidence of pesticide residues violations, particularly during the summer.Furthermore, the fruits and vegetables categories with excessive pesticide residues detected in Hengyang County from 2021 to 2023 were primarily beans, citrus fruits, eggplants, and berries.关键词
