Study on HPLC Analysis Method of Methoxyfenozide·Chlorfenapyr 24% SC
摘要
Abstract
A high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the simultaneous determination of the active ingredients in 24%methoxyfenozide·chlorfenapyr SC was established.The separation and quantitative analysis of methoxyfenozide and chlorfenapyr in the samples were carried out at 240 nm using a C18 stainless steel column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile+water.and detection via a photodiode array detector.The linear correlation coefficients R2 for methoxyfenozide and chlorfenapyr were 1.000 0 and 0.999 9,respectively.The relative standard deviations were 0.38%and 0.25%,while the average recoveries were 99.79%and 100.2%,respectively.The method demonstrated high convenience,efficiency,precision and accuracy,achieving good separation and meeting all analytical requirements.It is suitable for the quantitative analysis of methoxyfenozide and chlorfenapyr in preparations.关键词
