Abstract
This study explores the influence of matrix effects on pesticide residue detection.Using the QuEChERS pre-treatment method and high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,the matrix effects(ME)of 42 pesticide in 10 fruit and vegetable samples were investigated.The results showed that the matrix effects of 42 pesticides in 10 fruit and vegetable samples ranged from-98.79%to 79.29%.Most pesticides exhibited strong matrix effects in different matrices,with matrix inhibition being the main mechanism.The 10 fruits and vegetables mainly exhibit strong matrix effects,with all 10 fruits and vegetables showing a higher proportion of matrix inhibition than matrix enhancement.The matrix effect dispersion of Chinese cabbage was the highest,while the dispersion of the other nine fruits and vegetables was relatively smaller.关键词
