Synergistic Effect of Plant Activator Protein and Amino-Oligosaccharin on Chinese Cabbage Soft Rot

Abstract
Laboratory toxicity tests and field efficacy trials were conducted to screen green prevention and control technologies for Chinese cabbage soft rot,using a mixture of plant activator protein and amino-oligosaccharin.In the combined toxicity screening tests,an in-vivo inoculation method was used to determine the effects of the plant activator protein and amino-oligosaccharin individually,as well as their mixture in different proportions,against Chinese cabbage soft rot.The results showed that all the five tested combinations exhibited good synergistic effect,with the 1∶1 ratio of plant activator protein to amino-oligosaccharide achieving the best control effect.Field efficacy trials were conducted using 6%oligosaccharides·chain protein(1∶1)wettable powders(WP)in Xinji Town and Dawu Town of Shandong Province,Xinzhou District of Wuhan and Moudao Town of Hubei Province.The results demonstrated that 6%oligosaccharides·chain protein(3%+3%)WP at 75~100 g/667 m2 provided a control effect exceeding 65%against Chinese cabbage soft rot and increased the yield significantly up to 12.16%.关键词
