摘要
Abstract
Against the backdrop of digital transformation,the application of emerging technologies presents unprecedented challenges to project supervision.Taking the construction of a large language model as a case study,this paper explores the new competencies required by supervisors in technology-driven projects and applies Principal Component Analysis(PCA)to scientifically assess these competencies.This study not only provides empirical support for improving project supervision efficiency but also offers a theoretical foundation and methodological guidance for supervising future digital projects.关键词
