Abstract
The installation precision of the walking mechanism and the eight-pole supporting ring of large-scale portal cranes is crucial for ensuring the subsequent installation precision of the entire crane.It is a key control process for the manufacturing and installation companies.Through the whole-process supervision of the manufacturing and installation of the walking mechanism and the eight-pole supporting ring of large-scale portal cranes,this paper elaborates on the control methods for key processes during the assembly in the manufacturing process and the on-site general assembly.It also summarizes the responsibilities that supervisors should fulfill during these key processes,providing experience for the successful installation of the walking mechanism and the eight-pole supporting ring.关键词
