Abstract
Heat exchanger is a type of heat exchange equipment,which is widely used in various heat exchange conditions.It is a very common pressure vessel and plays a crucial role in the petroleum and chemical industries.Its quality and performance directly affect the normal and safe operation of the entire plant.Based on the typical problems found during actual supervision process,such as wrong electrode,welding defects for welding seams between piping and tube-sheet,quality management of outsourced/purchased parts,welding defects of nozzle to shell,and gasket installation issues,this paper analyzed and summarized the lesson learned,and put forward reasonable suggestions for improving the subsequent supervision work.关键词
