摘要

Abstract

By analyzing the structural characteristics and main sealing principle of the double eccentric butterfly valve,examining the wear mechanism and life evaluation method for the main seal structure of the double eccentric butterfly valve,a wear model considering the influence of the working environment was developed.Moreover,wear degree evaluation indicators were established by adopting a combination of online and offline detection methods.A life assessment model was created based on the Archard wear equation,with a time-varying wear coefficient for correction.The model's accuracy was validated experimentally,and predictions for valve life under various conditions were made.The study found that the optimized valve's lifespan increased by over 40%under both standard and extreme conditions,ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments.
