Abstract
The pantograph slide plate is a connecting component of the railway pantograph network relationship and one of the key components of railway rolling stock,and its application quality directly affects the safe operation of the vehicle.This paper comprehensively sorts out the problems such as carbon strip cracks,block dropping,abnormal wear,air leakage(airway leakage),aluminum support ablation and surface corrosion,arc ablation(glue layer failure),carbon slide bolt stagnation and bolt detachment during the application of pantograph slide plates,and their manifestations,formation mechanisms and solutions are expounded,which provides reference and guidance for the design improvement,the manufacturing and maintenance quality improvement of pantograph slide plates.关键词
