Abstract
This case introduces the supervision process of locomotive C6 level maintenance,and conducts troubleshooting for over-current faults in the intermediate DC link of two HXD1B electric locomotives,through methods such as data analysis,pressure resistance testing,immersion testing,and water-spraying testing,identifies the quality issue of stator lead insulation during C6 level maintenance of the traction motor.It also sorts out the personnel and processes for advanced maintenance of traction motors,proposes preventive measures,prevents the occurrence of potential batch problems,provides some reference for advanced maintenance of locomotive traction motors and supervision personnel of similar equipment.关键词
