RESEARCH ON INTERFACE DESIGN OF COMMUNITY GOVERNANCE PLATFORM IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TWINS

Abstract
To assess digital twin technology in community governance and elderly services within an aging society,identifying issues like technology dominance and information overload.The study uses information processing theory and AHP to evaluate the fit between community governance models and digital twin platforms,and to explore how technology enhances information collection and feedback.Digital twin platforms enhance community governance efficiency but cause technology dominance and information overload.Based on these findings,user-oriented design strategies are proposed.User-oriented design strategies for digital twin platforms improve elderly health monitoring and user experience,optimizing community governance.关键词
