Abstract
The current status of manual veneer patching work is leading to fatigue issues due to workers'arms being suspended in the air.To address this,a new approach is proposed from the perspective of human-computer interaction(HCI)for the design of an intelligent arm support product for manual veneer patching tasks,aiming to enhance the efficiency of veneer patching work.The process begins with literature review and analysis of current human body data and design cases to clarify the fatigue conditions of the arms during veneer patching operations.Secondly,through observation and questionnaire surveys,the needs for arm fatigue during manual veneer patching work are gathered.Then,an analysis of manual veneer patching tasks and behaviors is conducted to identify the pain points of worker arm fatigue.Finally,the design of the arm intelligent support product's appearance,structure,data acquisition functions,and the user interface for arm fatigue analysis were conducted.The pressure detection module of the intelligent arm support product can capture the frequency and pressure intensity of the worker's use,analyzing the work conditions and thus monitoring the working time and fatigue levels of the workers.This data collection facilitates intelligent fatigue analysis and validation of effectiveness.关键词
