基于参数化设计的批量可定制家具设计研究
RESEARCH ON BATCH CUSTOMISABLE FURNITURE DESIGN BASED ON PARAMETRIC DESIGN

Abstract
This study aims to realise the design and production of batch customisable furniture using parametric design methods.Through in-depth study of the development trend of modern furniture industry,combined with user demand analysis,optimisation of furniture components,materials and processing methods,the research verifies the effectiveness of the application of parametric design in modern furniture design,and proposes reference and guidance for the development and practice of panel furniture.Using Grasshopper development tools,a parametric design system was created to generate corresponding furniture forms by inputting the user's body data,meeting the need for customisation and mass production.The feasibility of the methodology is verified through a case study in which the parameters such as chair length and width,fillet parameters,degree of rotation,etc.are set and adjusted through the Grasshopper Parametric Design Platform to obtain a multi-resolution form for customisation and mass production.The results show that parametric design effectively improves design efficiency and design adaptability,demonstrating the potential and value of parametric design methods in the design of batch customisable furniture.关键词
