Abstract
Since for a long time,in cold area,the practicability of balcony design and beautiful sex are very split,to ensure the comfort of indoor hot environment,balcony form is often ignored.But as the country puts forward the development of high quality residence,the balcony as an indispensable part of the residence also gets attention again.On the premise of ensuring the comfortable thermal environment of the residence,it is crucial to improve the quality and value of the residence by matching the balcony form in the cold areas.Through case analysis and the use of building energy consumption dynamic simulation software Designbuilder to different residential balcony types and house type matching simulation.The results show that the area ratio of the balcony in the house decreases with the increase and for all balcony types,the steady heat loss and design capacity increase with the increase of the residential area.To sum up,the higher the quality of the residence itself and its surrounding environment,the more more the balcony design will be suitable for choosing the form of high openness.When the residential density is higher,the price is lower,the balcony design is more suitable for the high closed form of good private density.关键词
