Abstract
In order to ensure the normal operation of the filling system in a gold mine in Xinjiang,indoor filling material ratio experiments were conducted to analyze the influence of different factors on the strength of the filling body and the flowability of the slurry,and to determine the optimal filling material and ratio parameters suitable for mining conditions.The experimental results show that the compressive strength of the cemented powder filling body is significantly higher than that of the ordinary cement filling body,and the addition of an appropriate amount of crushed stone has no significant improvement on the mechanical properties of the filling body.Taking into account the mining process and pipeline transportation needs,the recommended optimal filling materials and proportioning parameters are:aggregate and cementitious materials are full tailings and cemented powder,respectively,with a cement sand ratio of 1:10 and a mass concentration of 66%~68%.The corresponding 28 day compressive strength of the filling body is greater than 1.56MPa~1.64MPa,the slurry slump is 265mm~275mm,and the yield stress is 142Pa~148Pa.关键词
