压入式通风隧道风流场及粉尘运移特性分析
Analysis of Air Flow Field and Dust Migration Characteristics in Forced-ventilation Tunnels
摘要
Abstract
According to the computational fluid dynamics method,combined with the gas-solid two-phase flow theory,the discrete phase model of dust generated by drilling and blasting method is established.Through the calculation of Fluent software,the three-dimensional airflow field distribution of the tunnel and the diffusion and migration law of dust particles are obtained.Master the changes of wind speed and dust concentration at different height planes,and explore the migration characteristics of dust particles with different particle sizes.The results show that the recirculation zone is the main carrier for transporting dust particles,and the eddy current zone will hinder the migration of dust particles.The wind speed and dust concentration are related to the height of the location.The higher the height,the smaller the wind speed and the lower the dust concentration.Dust particles with large particle size are deposited at the bottom,and dust particles with small particle size are suspended in the air.The discrete phase model is of great significance to guide the engineering ventilation scheme,ensure the safety of construction personnel and the normal operation of construction machinery.关键词
