Abstract

In order to solve the problems of matrix interference and detection sensitivity in quantitative detection of mineral metal elements,a quantitative analysis method for mineral metal elements based on inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was established.This method uses microwave digestion technology for sample pretreatment,utilizes dynamic reaction cell technology to eliminate multi atomic ion interference,and corrects matrix effects through internal standard method.The experiment focused on the five target elements of Cu,Mo,Pb,Zn,and Ag,optimized the key operating parameters of ICP-MS,and established a standard curve for matrix matching.The method validation results show that the detection limit of this method reaches the ppt level,the linear range spans 3 orders of magnitude,the relative standard deviation is less than 4.5%,and the spiked recovery rate is 95.2%~104.8%.
