摘要

Abstract

In view of the existing issues such as limited available models of cultivators and silage machines,low intelligence level of agricultural machinery,poor flexibility and inefficiency in plain farmland operations,this paper proposes a design of an integrat-ed cultivated-silage harvester under the context of rural revitalization.This intelligent ag-ricultural machinery combines crop cultivation and silage processing functions.By inte-grating a front-mounted shovel-rod drum with an exposed auger screw conveyor,and a rear-mounted fully suspended moldboard plough along with conveyor belt mecha-nisms,the design achieves operational integration of cultivation and silage process-es.Additionally,robotic arms are incorporated to enable intelligent grasping and material handling.Current cultivated-silage equipment remains underdeveloped,thus this inte-grated design aims to enhance work efficiency and flexibil-ity simultaneously,significantly reduce labor requirements,address the needs of farmers in plain areas,and advance research on intelligent harvesters.
