Abstract
Objective:Toexplore the influence of clinical nursing path scheme on the psychological state and prognosis of pa-tients with cholecystolithiasis after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:This prospective cohort study enrolled 70 chole-cystolithiasis patients(diagnosis period:October 2023-October 2024)at Huoqiu Second People's Hospital,Anhui Prov-ince.Participants were allocated through computer-generated randomization into two statistically balanced cohorts:the control cohort received standard perioperative protocols,while the intervention cohort implemented a structured clinical pathway protocol.The postoperative recovery index、pain、psychological state and complications of the two groups were ana-lyzed and compared.Results:The postoperative bowel sounds、exhaust time、defecation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the SAS、SDS and VAS score after nursing were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.71%,significantly lower than that in the control group 22.86%,P<0.05.Conclusion:Carrying out the scheme based on clinical nursing path for patients with cholecystolithiasis treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy can alleviate the postoperative pain and nega-tive psychology of patients,reduce the incidence of complications and accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process of patients.关键词
