Abstract
Improving the thermal deformation resistance of the cooling wall of the fuming furnace is the key to extend the service life of the furnace body.Based on the basic principle of heat transfer and finite element analysis,this paper analyzes the steady-state heat transfer of two kinds of steel cooling wall models of lead smelting fuming furnace through ANSYS workbench finite element analysis software,and compares the thermal stress and deformation of the two kinds of cooling wall under the same working condition.Under the gas temperature 1250℃,the maximum surface temperature of corrugated cooling wall is about 55.4℃lower than that of the plate cooling wall,the maximum deformation of corrugated cooling wall is about 40%lower than that of the plate cooling wall,the overall stress distribution of corrugated cooling wall is average,and the service life of corrugated cooling wall is better than that of the plate cooling wall under high temperature environment.This paper provides a reference and basis for optimizing the shape design of steel cooling wall and improving the performance of steel cooling wall.关键词
