Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention on patients with bronchiec-tasis and hemoptysis.Methods:110 patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis admitted to Hunan Provincial Peo-ple's Hospital(the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Normal University)from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into control group and discussion group by lottery,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the discussion group was given psychological nursing interven-tion on the basis of the control group.The psychological resilience、clinical compatibility、complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The discussion group's optimism,strength and toughness scores and clinical cooperation were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The physiological function、social function、emotional function and o-verall health score of the discussion group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Routine nursing intervention combined with psychological nursing intervention can improve the psychological endurance of patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis,strengthen clinical cooperation,reduce com-plications and promote the quality of life.关键词
