Abstract
Against the backdrop of the growing number of railway stations,"station-city integration"has swiftly become a new concept in station area planning.This paper sees it as a potential development trend,not an inevitable outcome for every station.First,this paper objectively analyzes the driving mechanisms of"integrating the station with the city",correcting the misconception that every station must become a city.Station areas should make rational decisions based on a scientific analysis of passenger flow,demographics,regional value,urban positioning,and development mechanisms.Secondly,focusing on 50 hubs in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,the paper summarizes five major influencing factors and practical misconceptions of station-city integration.Lastly,through case studies of new and old stations,the paper explores planning responses under the"station-city integration"concept,aiming to provide guidance for high-quality planning and construction in hub areas.关键词
