摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of systematic nursing on the survival rate,functional recovery and quality of life of amputated fingers.Methods:From January 2023 to August 2024,82 patients with finger amputation admitted to Pizhou Hospital of China Global Railway were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given systematic nursing.The survival rate of replantation of severed fingers,the recovery of finger joint function and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The survival rate of replantation of severed fingers in the study group was 97.56%,which was higher than that in the control group 82.91%,P<0.05.The excellent rate of joint function recovery in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the scores of GQOLI-74 in all dimensions after nursing were higher than those in the con-trol group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Systematic nursing can significantly improve the survival rate of replantation of severed fingers,promote the recovery of finger joint function and improve their quality of life.关键词
