Abstract
Objective:To compare the application effect of holmium laser lithotripsy through ureteroscope and Cyber-wand ultrasonic lithotripsy in ureteral calculi.Methods:From February 2022 to March 2023,80 patients with ureteral calculi in Shui Bo Street Community Health Service Center of Liangshan County were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the patients'willingness to operate,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received holmium laser lithotripsy through ureteroscope,and the observation group received Cyberwand ultra-sonic lithotripsy.The operation-related indexes(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,first stone clearance rate,hospital stay),inflammation-related indexes[serum creatinine、hemoglobin、procalcitonin(PCT)]and postoperative complications(fever、bleeding、infection、perirenal hematoma and renal colic)were compared between the two groups.Results:Comparing the operation-related indexes of the two groups,the observation group was better,P<0.05.The levels of serum creatinine and hemoglobin in the two groups were compared before and after operation,P>0.05.The level of PCT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 7.50%,which was lower than that in the control group 30.00%,P<0.05.Conclusion:Cyberwand ultrasonic lithotripsy can shorten the clinical time and intraoperative blood loss,and has an ideal stone clearance rate and high safety.At the same time,it can also avoid aggravating inflammation and promote patients to recover as soon as possible after operation.关键词
