Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention based on comprehensive evaluation of the elderly in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of elderly patients with femoral shaft fracture.Methods:From January 2023 to Janu-ary 2024,52 elderly patients with femoral shaft fracture admitted to the Department of Orthopaedics,Pizhou Hospital of General Global China Railway were randomly divided into two groups,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing after operation,while the observation group was given nursing intervention based on comprehensive evaluation of the elderly.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After the inter-vention,the SAS、SDS、VAS scores and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while Harris and ADL scores were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Nursing in-tervention for elderly patients with femoral shaft fracture after operation based on comprehensive evaluation of the elderly can alleviate bad mood and physical pain,promote the recovery of hip joint function and the improvement of daily living a-bility,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.关键词
