Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized bowel preparation nursing scheme in colonos-copy of patients with functional constipation.Methods:95 patients with functional constipation who underwent colonoscopy in the endoscopy room of Changzhou Second People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.47 cases in the control group were given routine health education of intestinal preparation,while 48 cases in the observation group were given standardized nursing plan of intestinal preparation.The scores of intestinal preparation、the awareness and compliance of intestinal preparation knowledge,nausea and vomiting、abdominal pain and bloating、dizziness and fatigue during intestinal preparation were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of intestinal preparation,the knowledge of intestinal preparation and the compliance of intestinal preparation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of discomfort symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the con-trol group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The implementation of standardized bowel preparation nursing program for pa-tients with functional constipation undergoing colonoscopy can effectively improve their knowledge of bowel prepa-ration,ensure that they complete bowel preparation as required,and help to improve the qualified rate of bowel preparation and prevent and reduce the occurrence of discomfort.关键词
