摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of detail nursing in pediatric outpatient department in nursing children with bronchopneumonia(BP).Methods:70 children were all from the pediatric clinic of Bengbu First People's Hospital,and all were BP children who visited the hospital from November 2022 to March 2024.70 children were divided into groups by random number table,and 35 children were divided into control group and experimental group.The nursing mode used in the control group was routine nursing,while the nursing mode used in the experimental group was detailed nursing in pedi-atric outpatient department.The effect of nursing intervention in two groups was evaluated from four aspects:complica-tions、symptoms and signs、anxiety and family satisfaction.Results:Compared with the incidence of complications、disap-pearance time of symptoms and signs and nursing satisfaction between the two groups,the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower,the disappearance time was shorter and the satisfaction was higher,P<0.05.After nursing,the SCARED score in the experimental group was(16.37±2.08)and that in the control group was(22.36±2.14),and the score in the experimental group was lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:Taking out-patient detail nursing in BP nursing for children has a significant effect on reducing related complications and shortening the disappearance time of symptoms and signs,and also has a satisfactory effect on improving children's anxiety and improving their family members'nursing satis-faction.关键词
