Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of intraoperative warming blanket combined with isothermal irrigation solution in ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods:From April 2021 to April 2024,100 patients who re-ceived holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscope in Yizheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention during operation,while the observation group was given intraoperative warming blanket and isobaric irrigation solution on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 30 min during and after the operation,but its heart rate and MAP were lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The time of awakening from anesthesia,extubation and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications such as hypothermia was lower than that in the control group,while the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The ap-plication of intraoperative warming blanket combined with homeothermic irrigation solution in ureteroscopic holmi-um laser lithotripsy can effectively maintain the stability of patients'vital signs during operation,and is beneficial to patients'anesthesia recovery and reduce complications such as hypothermia.关键词
