Abstract
The rapid development of pressure vessels is facing safety hazards caused by large-scale and high temperature and pressure,among which stress corrosion cracking(SCC)is considered one of the important factors leading to frequent accidents.This article focuses on the stress corrosion cracking of non-ferrous metal materials in pressure vessels,analyzes its mechanism and influencing factors,and explores corresponding prevention and control strategies,in order to provide reference for improving the safety of pressure vessels.Firstly,a detailed analysis was conducted on the formation mechanism of complex stress states in pressure vessels.Secondly,a stress corrosion test for non-ferrous metals in pressure vessels considering the influence of pressure was designed,including the corrosion test principle,test equipment and instruments,and experimental methods.Then,the results of stress corrosion were analyzed.Finally,corresponding anti-corrosion measures were proposed.The results indicate that reasonable prevention and control measures can effectively reduce the probability of stress corrosion cracking.关键词
