Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of implementing high-quality nursing in 120 emergency transport.Methods:96 pre-hospital emergency patients in Haimen District People's Hospital of Nantong City from April to Decem-ber,2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=48)was given routine care,while the observation group(n=48)was given quality care.The first aid effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter reaction time,time to arrive at the scene and time to transfer back to hos-pital,lower incidence of adverse events,and higher scores of observation of illness、nursing operation、transport management and psychological guidance,P<0.05.Conclusion:Implementing high-quality nursing in 120 emergency transport can im-prove the efficiency of first aid,reduce the risk of adverse events and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
