腹腔镜经腹腔腹膜前疝修补术在腹股沟疝治疗中的应用效果研究OA

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods:From January 2022 to October 2024,52 patients with inguinal hernia were se-lected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with plain tension-free hernia repair,while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair.The surgical indexes,postoperative recovery indexes and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The blood loss in the observation group was(5.58±1.31)ml,which was less than that in the control group,P<0.05.In the observation group,the postoperative exhaust time、defecation time、getting out of bed time、pain duration and hospitalization time were(20.17±1.67)h、(27.13±2.45)h、(32.18±3.01)h、(69.25±6.46)h and(4.31±1.17)d,all were shorter than the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention cohort was recorded at 3.85%,demonstrating statistically significant reduction relative to the 23.08%complication rate observed in the com-parative group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal hernioplasty for inguinal hernia has the advantages of less bleeding during operation,rapid recovery after operation and low risk of complications.
