基于"互联网+"的居家护理模式对二甲双胍治疗糖尿病患者空腹血糖的影响OA

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of internet plus-based home care model on fasting blood glucose of diabetic patients treated with metformin.Methods:One hundred and seventy-one diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2024 were randomly divided into observation group(86 cases)and control group(85 cases).Both groups were treated with metformin.The observation group adopted home care based on"internet plus",while the control group adopted conventional community care.The fasting blood glucose,treatment compliance and quality of life of the two groups were monitored and recorded.Results:Before treatment,the fasting blood glucose levels of the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After 3 months and 6 months of follow-up,the fasting blood glucose level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the quality of life score and treatment compliance score were significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Home-based nursing model based on"nter-net plus"can improve the fasting blood glucose of diabetic patients and improve their treatment compliance and quality of life.
