Abstract
Objective:To compare the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging(RIM and CT respectively in lacunar cerebral infarction.Methods:93 patients with lacunar cerebral infarction diagnosed from February 2023 to May 2024 in Tianhe District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Guangzhou were examined by CT and MRI.To observe the location、number and size of lesions detected by different examination methods.Results:In 93 pa-tients,624 lesions were detected by MRI.After CT examination,251 lesions were detected;The number of lesions detected by MRI was more than that by CT,P<0.05.In the detection of lesions,the detection rate of MRI in frontal lobe and thalamus was higher than that of CT,and the detection rate of cerebellum,basal ganglia and brain stem was lower than that of CT,P<0.05.The detection rate of MRI for lesions less than<5 mm was higher than that of CT,P<0.05.Conclusion:Both CT and MRI have definite effects in the diagnosis of lacunar cerebral infarction,but MRI has a higher detection rate in the number,location and size of lesions,especially in the frontal lobe and thalamus,and the recognition rate of tiny lesions is better.关键词
