摘要

Abstract

The experiment aims to investigate the effects of yeast cell wall on the growth performance,plasma biochemical indicators,and antioxidant capacity of fattening Hu sheep.Randomly select 20 fattening Hu sheep with good physical condition and a weight of(31.70±1.38)kg,and divide them into two groups,with 10 replicates in each group and one sheep per replicate.The control group was fed with basic feed,while the yeast cell wall group was given 1.5 g/kg yeast cell wall(calculated as dry matter)added to the basic feed.The pre trial period was seven days,and the formal trial period was 30 days.The experimental results showed that compared with the control group,the addition of yeast cell wall to the feed significantly increased the average daily feed intake(ADFI)of Hu sheep(P<0.05),significantly reduced the content of triglycerides(TG)and uric acid(UA)in plasma of Hu sheep(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in antioxidant indicators of Hu sheep(P>0.05).The results show that adding 1.5 g/kg yeast cell wall in the diet can improve the growth performance,maintain metabolic stability and improve the utilization rate of dietary protein of Hu sheep during the fattening period.
