Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of MR scanning technique and CT examination in acute knee joint trauma.Methods:From October 2021 to October 2024,300 patients with acute knee injuries were selected from Laorenshan Orthopedic Hospital in Jurong Zhenjiang.All patients underwent MR scanning and CT examination.Taking the results of surgical and pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,the examination results of the two methods were recorded,and the diagnostic accuracy and disease detection rate were compared.Results:MR scan showed that 297 cases were positive and 3 cases were negative.The results of CT showed that 270 cases were positive and 30 cases were negative.The diagnostic ac-curacy of MR scan is higher than that of CT scan,P<0.05.The detection rate of different types of knee joint injuries by MR scanning was higher than that by CT,P<0.05.Conclusion:Both MR scanning technology and CT examination can provide good imaging images in the diagnosis of acute knee joint trauma,but the accuracy of MR scanning technology is higher,which is more helpful to distinguish the specific types of knee joint trauma,thus providing reliable reference for sub-sequent treatment.关键词
