Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the nursing effect of warm moxibustion cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on facial paralysis patients.Methods:From May 2023 to May 2024,80 pa-tients with facial paralysis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with single warm moxibustion cupping,while the observation group was treated with warm moxibustion cupping combined with fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine.The nurs-ing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the scores of three TCM syndromes and FDIS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of FDIP and four dimen-sions in WHOQOL-BREF were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Warm moxibustion cupping combined with fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the symp-toms of facial paralysis and improve the overall quality of life of patients.关键词
