摘要
Abstract
Tubular adenoma is a common pathological type in colorectal polyps,which can develop into malignant tumor through adenoma-carcinoma sequence,and adenoma with rectal prolapse is more likely to become malignant.This paper re-ports a case of laparoscopic total mesorectal excision(LTME)for rectal tubular adenoma complicated with second-degree rectal mucosal prolapse,and reviews the literature to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.关键词
