Effect of Extended Follow-up Nursing on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation And Lumbar Spinal Stenosis under the Theory of Knowledge、Belief And Practice

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of follow-up extended nursing intervention in lumbar disc herniation and lumbar spinal stenosis under the theory of Zhixinxing.Methods:A total of 80 patients receiving surgical treatment in Dong-guan Kanghua Hospital from January 2023 to April 2024 were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(40 ca-ses)and control group(40 cases).Different care was given to each group and routine intervention was given to the control group.The observation group was followed up with extended care based on the theory of knowledge and practice.The reha-bilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of getting out of bed,loading time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the pain score and the incidence of complica-tions at 24 hours after operation were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Follow-up and exten-sion nursing based on the theory of knowledge,practice and behavior for patients with lumbar disc herniation and lumbar spinal stenosis is helpful to speed up postoperative rehabilitation,relieve life pain and reduce postoperative complications.关键词
