残次枣发酵饲料对克氏原螯虾肠道组织和肠道微生物组成的影响
Effects of fermented substandard jujube feed on intestinal tissue and intestinal microbial composition in Procambarus clarkii

Abstract
The experiment was to investigate the effects of fermented substandard jujube feed on intestinal tissues and microorganisms of Procambarus clarkii.A total of 720 Procambarus clarkii with similar body mass,complete appendage and normal vitality were randomly divided into six groups,with three replicates per group and 40 fish per replicate.Group A(control group)was fed basic diet,and groups B,C,D,E and F were fed 10%,20%,30%,40%and 50%fermented substandard jujube instead of basic diet,respectively.Preparation of equal energy,equal nitrogen mixed feed.The experiment lasted for 60 days.The results showed that the height and width of intestinal mucosal folds in group C were significantly higher than those in groups B,D,E,and F(P<0.05).Compared with group A,the muscle thickness in groups B and D was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the muscle thickness in groups E and F was significantly increased(P<0.05).The species richness,species diversity and distribution uniformity were higher in group C.The abundance of Proteobacteria in groups C,E and F was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05),the abundance of Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes in group C were significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05),and the abundance of Citrobacter and Klebsiella in groups C,E and F were significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05).The study indicates that fermented substandard jujube feed can improve intestinal morphology,increase the richness and diversity of intestinal flora,and the replacement ratio is better at 20%,which will have adverse effects on intestinal morphology and increase the risk of disease of Procambarus clarkii.关键词
