Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of three-dimensional reconstruction of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)and fistulography in the diagnosis of complex anal fistula.Methods:The MSCT images of 35 patients with complicated anal fistula who underwent surgical treatment in Pinghu Hospital of Hubei Prison Administration from January 2020 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and 34 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected as the research objects.Multi-plane reconstruction(MPR)、maximum density projection(MIP)、curved surface reconstruction(CPR)and volume reconstruction(VR)were performed on the original MSCT data of all patients、and compared with the postoperative results、the accuracy of the number、location and shape of fistula,fistula and abscess was analyzed.Results:MSCT accurately located 73 internal orifices of anal fistu-la,and the accuracy rate was 90.12%.72 fistulas were found,and the accuracy rate was 92.31%.There were 46 perianal abscesses,and the accuracy rate was 95.83%.Conclusion:MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction after fistula angiography can fully display the three-dimensional shape of complex anal fistula,thus providing important imaging reference for the formulation of surgical plan.关键词
