摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on TTM and Internet platform in PICC discharged patients.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2022,76 patients who underwent PICC and were discharged from the oncology department of Tongzhou District People's Hospital in Nantong City were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the ex-perimental group was given continuous nursing care based on the theory of phased change of behavior and Internet plat-form.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of PICC-related complications、SAS and SDS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of self-care ability af-ter intervention was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the indwelling time of catheter was significantly longer than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Continuous nursing based on TTM and Internet platform can improve the self-care ability of PICC patients after discharge,reduce catheter-related complications and patients'negative emotions,and prolong catheter indwelling time.关键词
